Today I will show you my last transaction from my real wallet on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
I had stocks of 11 Bit Studios SA (11B). 11 Bit is a game developer company based in Warsaw, Poland. They are renowned for a game “This War of Mine” which was released in 2014 and was a great success for such a small company.
During the week 04/04/2016 – 10/04/2016, the value of carefully selected stocks went up 2.74%. At the same time, WIG – Warszawski Indeks Giełdowy (Warsaw Stock Exchange Index) went down (-1.96%) and WIG20 went down (-2.73%). It makes me even more proud of the choice of companies I have made. Although I have been living in UK for one year I started investing in £ only recently. I still think that there are cheaper companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange but I wanted to diversify my investments. The another reason is the falling GBP/PLN ratio. I have decided that I will not exchange my £ into PLN (Polish currency) while the ratio is below 5.60. This is connected with the possibility of leaving European Union by United Kingdom. Till the referendum on June 23, 2016, I do not expect GBP/PLN ratio to go up. Continue reading “My investments in £”
